You don’t have to navigate life’s heaviest seasons alone.
Whether you are healing from trauma, navigating a difficult life transition, or feeling disconnected from your body, I provide a compassionate, bilingual space to help you find relief, clarity, and forward motion.
J'offre un espace thérapeutique chaleureux et confidentiel pour les francophones.
About Me
Welcome. I believe that healing happens in relationship. My practice is grounded in deep respect for your unique story, your culture, and the life experiences that have shaped you. I don't look at you as a set of symptoms to be labeled or diagnosed. Instead, I see you as a whole, unique individual navigating a complex world the best way you can.
In my 10+ years of clinical practice as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with a PhD in Psychology, I have learned that true transformation begins when we stop trying to "fix" ourselves and instead open the door to acceptance and self-compassion. I am honoured to walk alongside you on this path.
My Approach
My practice offers an integrative approach combining somatic psychotherapy and Gestalt therapy, specifically designed to support individuals seeking trauma-informed care, relationship processing, and nervous system regulation.
Therapy with me is collaborative, experiential, and deeply attuned to your unique rhythm. I use a collaborative, integrative approach to support the whole of who you are - mind, body, and relationship:
-
Somatic & Mindfulness Tools: Gently exploring how stress and old wounds live in your body, allowing us to work toward nervous system regulation and true mind-body reconnection.
-
Gestalt & Relational Perspectives: Looking at how you show up in the present moment to help you untangle old blocks or automatic patterns, in order to foster self-empowerment.
-
Attachment-Based Care: Deepening awareness of your foundational relationships to understand how your past impacts your current connections.
-
Cognitive Models: Offering practical, collaborative coping strategies to help you manage daily anxiety, overwhelm, or life transitions.
Together, we will use these tools not to change who you are, but to safely enable a return to your true, authentic, self.
